What if Blade played by Wesley Snipes exists in the Marvel Cinematic Universe?
If so, then that would bring vampires into the MCU as well. There's a possibility that some vampires are secretly members of HYDRA as well, using their resources to better control parts of the world like in the Blade movie series. And with HYDRA gone for good, the vampires will likely take what they can and get out of there before they're found out.
There's some talk about Wesley Snipes reprising the role after Marvel regained movie rights to the character. But there's no plans for the character yet.
