3. Spike Witwicky and Carly (The Transformers) - They're both friends of the Autobots and would often help them on missions together.
2. Hawkman (Katar Hol) and Hawkwoman (Shayera Hol) - They are a married couple and a superhero team. They are also police officers from their homeplanet and partners. All they have is each other and their friends on Earth, since they chose Earth over Thanagar when it became an fascist empire.
1. Ron Stoppable and Kim Possible (Kim Possible)* - I think they are the best couple! They've been best friends for years until they realize their feelings for each other. And everyone can see that and accepted it.
