More of my favorite villains.

1. Anti-Monitor (DC Comics) - The most deadliest DC villain any hero has ever faced. He destroyed a countless number of parallel universes.
2. Brain-Freezer (Johnny Test) - I though he looks cool with his freezing suit.
3. Garlic Jr. (DragonBall Z) - One of the most evilest villains on the anime (he wasn't in the original manga). He did the one thing most villains tried to wish for from the dragonballs, immortality.
4. Shang Tsung (Mortal Kombat) - I like his original look, and he's better as a scheming grandmaster than a mere servant of Shao Kahn.
5. Sentinel Prime (Transformers: Dark of the Moon) - He was Optimus' hero and predecessor until he betrayed the Autobots and allied with the Decepticons so he can save Cybertron and make slaves of the humans.
6. Chairface Chippendale (The Tick) - A very unusual villain (to me). And he's voiced by the late Tony Jay.
7. Edgar the Bug (Men in Black) - One of my favorite characters in the franchise.
8. Volcan (Power Rangers Operation Overdrive) - Another of my favorite monster-of-the-week. What I like about him is he was originally a Lava Lizard, one of the main villains' foot soldiers, who proved himself the strongest and worthy of becoming a monster.
9. Leslie (WordGirl) - I like her because she's blonde, wears glasses, and wears a business suit with pants and high-heels. She proves herself to be a formidable foe of Word Girl.
10. Brain (Teen Titans) - One of the best villains in the series, next to Slade. He looks like a Dalek and sounds like an evil Steven Hawkins.
11. Negatron (Power Rangers Samurai) - Another of my favorite monster-of-the-week. His power is insults that become energy blasts that affects the person he insults.
12. Master Control Program (Tron) - A classic villain from a classic movie.
13. Daleks (Doctor Who) - They are the Nazis of outer space. They hate other species and consider them inferior. They seem themselves as the dominate species in the universe. And I love the way they scream "EXTERMINATE!!!".
14. Feathers McGraw (Wallace & Gromit in "The Wrong Trousers") - I love this penguin. I first saw him in cameos in ReBoot. I was surprised to see him in the Wallace & Gromit short for the first time.
15. Sorceress (Spyro: Year of the Dragon) - One of my favorite characters in the game. She wants to kill the baby dragons to gain their dragon magic and become more powerful.
16. Ch'rell (2003 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) - One of the best villains in the franchise.
17. Maximilian (The Black Hole) - An awesomely evil robot. However, it's brain belonged to a person who's forced to do the main villain's doings.
18. Dilophosaurus (Jurassic Park) - A very unique dinosaur. Even though that's not what dilophosaurus really look like. He (or she?) pretends to be a gentle and playful dinosaur, but when it comes to its prey it becomes very scary.
19. T-800 (Terminator Salvation) - This Terminator came the closest of killing John Connor. His human skin resembles Arnold Schwarzenegger in 1984.
20. The Centre (Justice League: The New Frontier) - He's some of entity that has been living on Earth since the beginning (he's not an alien). He sees the emergence of humanity and how they've become a destructive species. When the atomic bombs first dropped, it was the last straw and decided humanity must be destroyed to cleanse the Earth.
